Good quality, minor shipping issue
I recently bought a Wool Coat. The coat itself is fantastic, very warm and the material feels high quality. It was definitely worth the money for the craftsmanship. Shipping took 6 days to get to me, and the tracking wasn't updated for a couple of days in the middle, which made me a little nervous. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but didn't have much more info than the website. Still, the coat arrived in perfect condition, so no real harm done.
